Overview:Deliver A/CMI business critical processes, manage and implement marketing activities in Asia Pacific and support management team in administration of the Asia Pacific regional office. Responsibilities:Sales & Marketing Accountabilities (80% of the role)
  • Support SVP Asia Pacific in regional marketing communications, trade shows and event organization
  • Manage sourcing, inventory and distribution of giveaways and marketing material
  • Execute distribution of AAWW annual gift to key Asia Pacific customers
  • Support HDQ Communications team in marketing and communications campaigns
  • Provide support for ACMI, CMI and charter business activities in the Asia Pacific region
  • Work with Permitting team to provide necessary documents to support customers in airport incentive programs
  • Lead coordination with customers, airports and other Atlas department for airport marketing and incentive programs
  • Assist SVP Asia Pacific in compilation of market intel and data
  • Support Asia Pacific sales and marketing team in customer service and operational issues
  • Assume additional duties or handle projects as assigned by SVP Asia Pacific
Administrative Accountabilities (20% of the role):
  • Assist and support SVP Asia Pacific in management and administration of regional office to meet corporate objectives
  • Oversee office administration, including office supplies, office access, communications and liaising with landlord for all office related matters, pest control, office cleaning and management of meeting rooms
  • Maintain office policies and procedures to comply with AAWW office standards
  • Support duty travel arrangements for APAC team in line with Corporate travel guidelines
  • Lead the admin team and supporting members to organize local town hall and team building, spring festival and Year-end/ Christmas events
  • Assume additional administrative responsibilities as assigned by SVP Asia Pacific
Qualifications:Qualifications:
  • Degree holder, or education with a combination of equivalent industrial work experience
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in aviation and air logistics industry
  • Background in B2B marketing and corporate communication preferred
  • Good understanding of ACMI/CMI operations preferred
  • Excellent bilingual written and communication skills (in English and Chinese)
  • Proficiency in MS Office – Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
