- manage ongoing system configuration and permission settings within SuccessFactors;
- troubleshoot SuccessFactors issues to ensure system reliability and efficiency for HR operations;
- implement and deploy new modules, enhancements and reports for the College ERP System;
- manage external vendors for module implementation and system support in SuccessFactors;
- serve as a system trainer to provide training and knowledge transfer to business users and internal team members;
- develop and maintain technical documentation, guidelines and user manuals; and
- carry out any additional duties as assigned by the Head or their delegates.
- have at least 5 years of relevant work experience, including a minimum of 3 years specifically with SuccessFactors, demonstrating the ability to manage ongoing system configuration and troubleshoot issues to ensure system reliability and efficiency;
- have completed at least 1 full-cycle implementation of SuccessFactors;
- have strong experience in at least one of the following SuccessFactors modules: Employee Central (EC) or Employee Central Payroll (ECP), with additional experience in modules such as Recruiting (RCM), Onboarding (ONB) or Performance & Goals Management (PGM) being an advantage;
- be experienced in system configuration, project implementation and post-deployment support;
- be capable of leading system migration projects and internal capability-building initiatives;
- possess strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, along with good communication skills; and
- be proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently and collaboratively under pressure.
