  • Act as a finance BP to comment on, challenge and explain financial performance
  • Oversee the financial objective through P&L by analysing financial impacts of budget/ forecast deviations, and maintaining the independent view of Finance in business decisions
  • Prepare timely financial and management reports to HQ and management
  • Provide operational support and advice on proper policy and procedure, compliance and financial impact to assigned retail and wholesale operations
  • Take part in the Finance transformation projects & process automation by coordinating with Regional Finance and IT to develop regular financial management reports and business analysis for management
Profile
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting,or related field; CPA required
  • Proven FP & A experience within the manufacturing sectors
  • An audit firm trained is an advantage
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing operations, costing, financial planning, and budgeting processes
  • Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
  • Strong leadership and communication skills to liaise effectively with cross-functional teams and senior management
  • Knowledge of regulatory compliance, tax laws, and internal controls
  • Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
