Under the guidance of the Chief Investment Officer or assigned leader, responsible for or involved in conducting research on primary and secondary market investment projects, executing investments, managing post-investment activities, and exit strategies. Handle the corresponding processes and administrative tasks associated with these stages.2. Focus on investing in fixed income products, including standardized products as well as structured and non-standardized products;3. Strengthen business collaboration with the parent company and internal groups to create more business opportunities through investment activities;4. Enhance communication with various institutions and peers to identify investment opportunities. Conduct research on new asset management products based on market conditions and client demands, and develop corresponding investment strategies;5. Assist in establishing and improving various investment products businesses, as well as policies, systems, and processes for compliance and risk control.)6.Achieve performance targets set by the management.Requirements:1. Bachelor's degree or above in Finance or Business Administration.2. At least 6 years of experience in fixed income product investments. Applicants have over 10 years of experience in fixed income product investments will be considered as senior investment manager. Applicants with equity investment experience are preferred3. Familiar with risk management of major fixed income products4. Proficient in written and spoken Chinese and English (including Mandarin)職責： * 在首席投資官或分管領導指導下，負責或參與一級、二級市場投資項目研究、投資執行、投後管理和退出工作，承擔對應環節的流程和事務性工作；

重點覆蓋對固定收益率產品的投資，包括標準化產品以及結構化和非標準化產品；
加強與母公司和集團內部的業務協同，通過投資派生更多業務機會；
加強與各類機構和同業交流，尋找投資機會；根據市場環境和客戶需求，研究資產管理的新產品，制定相應投資策略；
協助建立和完善各類投資產品的業務以及合規風控的政策、制度和流程；
完成分管領導下達的考核指標。

崗位要求： * 擁有金融或工商管理相關本科或以上學歷；

投資經理需擁有至少6年以上固定收益類產品投資經驗，高級投資經理需擁有10年以上上固定收益類產品投資經驗，同時具備股權投資經驗者優先；
熟悉主要固定收益類產品的風險管理；
良好的中文、英文讀寫能力（包含普通話）。
