About the ClientOur client is a well-known professional service group in Hong Kong and they are looking for a Network Engineer to join their internal IT team.About the role

Providing daily operation and L2/3 support to network and security equipment in the infrastructure

Being responsible for operating, designing and developing networking and security solutions (e.g. Firewall, VPN, voice system, network/cybersecurity solutions)

Being responsible for the network project planning, implementation and testing by coordinating with technical and non-technical stakeholders

Researching and improving network quality and reliability continuously

Working closely with other teammates on troubleshooting and incident management

Requirements

Bachelor's degree holder in Computer Science, Information Technology or related discipline

Minimum 3 years of working experience focusing on the networking sector

Familiar with the operation of networking technologies, such as Cisco Router & Switch, VPN, LAN/WAN, Wifi, Firewall (FortiGate, Palo Alto), Network Security monitoring solutions, etc.

Familiar with public cloud environments (AWS/Azure) is a plus

With remote/field network support experience is a plus
Holder of CCNA/CCNP is plus

Good communication and teamwork skills

Good command of Chinese and English
