- This role will be under a contract and seconded to a convenience store chain for store IT and POS support.
- Work from Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, with mirrored shift schedules as required by IT.
- Compensation leave is provided within the same month for Saturday work.
- You will be off on Sundays and public holidays.
- Overtime is compensated hour by hour.
- Provide IT helpdesk support and services for retail chain stores.
- Manage hotline and ticket system service and support requests.
- Monitor and update ticket system status regularly.
- Escalate unresolved issues to line managers or external vendors as required.
- Deliver daily IT and Windows support to end users.
- Provide daily POS system and device support, including scanners, payment devices, payslip printers, and barcode devices.
- Perform basic network and IP-related troubleshooting.
- Support retail stores with onsite and remote IT assistance.
- Possess relevant experience in IT helpdesk and technical support roles.
- Demonstrate solid knowledge of POS systems and related devices.
- Exhibit strong communication skills with a collaborative team approach.
- Hold an academic background in related disciplines with proven experience.
