  • Provide general office support including courier arrangements, procurement, pantry and supplies management, office maintenance, and access control
  • Manage vendor relationships
  • Review and appoint vendors/service providers as needed
  • Coordinate fire drills and ensure occupational safety compliance
  • Handle clerical tasks, payment vouchers, and invoice processing
  • Arrange travel bookings for staff and visitors
  • Maintain office cleanliness and organization
  • Support company events and activities
  • Perform ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
  • Higher diploma or above preferred
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in office administration
  • Proficient in English, Chinese, and MS Office
  • Detail-oriented, responsible, self-motivated, and a team player
  • Able to work independently with a flexible and proactive attitude
  • Immediate availability preferred
