Central to this mandate will be the creation of a world-class new joiner onboarding experience that embodies the company’s innovative culture, the development and execution of a comprehensive leadership development program to nurture the next generation of leaders, and the stewardship of the annual performance appraisal process to ensure it is a powerful tool for growth and alignment.
