- Assist in day to day compliance vetting, monitoring and surveillance work in relation to our corporate finance transactions and securities and futures brokerage businesses;
- Assist in preparing individual SFC license applications and organising of in-house trainings;
- Assist in conducting client account review projects (e.g. professional investor, Anti-Money Laundering, Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act, Common Reporting Standard, etc.) for brokerage clients;
- Help in performing Anti-Money Laundering checks using the vendor system tools for overnight screening on brokerage customer database;
- Help in preparing Anti-Money Laundering surveillance reports for transactions conducted by brokerage clients for supervisor's review;
- Provide support to implement Firm policies and procedures;
- Perform ad-hoc tasks assigned from time to time.任职资格:- Preferably degree holder in Law, Finance, Economics, Business Management, Accounting, or related discipline;
- Self-motivated, hardworking, independent and meticulous;
- Team player and able to work well with people;
- Good interpersonal and communication skills;
- Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese, fluency in Mandarin is an advantage;
- Good command of Office softwares and other related computer skills.
