As the Hong Kong Marketing Lead, you will oversee the daily marketing activities with our client's business, to drive brand visibility and support business goals. This role requires a strategic but hands-on professional with a strong B2B marketing background.Client DetailsOur client is a global organization within the B2B services space. The company is known for its innovative approach and commitment to delivering value-driven solutions to its clients.DescriptionAs the Hong Kong Marketing Lead, your main responsibilities will include:
  • Developing and executing comprehensive integrated marketing and communications strategies to support business objectives.
  • Collaborating with the agency team to create targeted campaigns tailored to specific audiences.
  • Develop and drive digital marketing including improved content marketing and thought leadership, social media, SEO/SEM, etc.
  • Analyzing market trends and providing actionable insights to guide decision-making.
  • Managing the marketing budget to ensure cost-effective delivery of initiatives.
  • Coordinating with internal parties, senior stakeholders (including C-suite) and regional marketing team.
  • Coach and lead 1 team member.
ProfileA successful Marketing Lead should have:
  • At least 8-10 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in insurance, financial services, professional services or technology industries.
  • Proven experience in creating and managing impactful campaigns for on and offline.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work closely and influence senior management including C-suite.
  • Fluency in Cantonese, Mandarin and English.
