We are looking for a talented Sushi Chef to join our team here at Zuma. Our Sushi Chefs are passionate, sushi experts who have a key eye for detail to consistently deliver the highest quality dishes. Zuma Chefs are confident working at a fast pace whilst maintaining Zuma’s high standards.

The requirements:

Previous experience in a similar high-end restaurant as a Sushi chef.
Expert level of knife skills and eye for detail.
Great team player.
