Po Leung Kuk is a well-established charitable organization in Hong Kong and has been serving the local community for 147 years. The Kuk provides multifaceted and quality social, educational, youth, recreational, cultural services and integrated health & medical services to all ages in the community through its over 300 service units, with over 10,000 staff force.It attends to more than 2,700,000 visits for services annually in the past 3 years and has about 45,000 students in its affiliated schools.We are now inviting high caliber candidates to apply for the above position.DescriptionsRef : CEOReporting directly to the Board of Directors, the CEO will lead the management in accordance with its spirit, mission, vision & values and bring the Kuk to the next higher level in the midst of the unprecedented challenges in the changing charitable services landscape. The successful candidate should ideally possess all of the following attributes :

Solid experience in general management, ideally with experience of the best practice in the non-governmental or charitable organization. Consideration will be given to those top-notch, senior business executives who have solid track record in initiating and managing changes in complex and competitive environment, with strong passion for building a unique career in Non-governmental Organization;

Proven tactics in strategy formulation, managing and leading various teams to achieve targeted results;

Sound business acumen and proven skills in managing full P&L with prudent financial management mindset;

Well versed in the operation of a charitable organization with impeccable integrity;

A visionary but solid hands-on leader, he/she should have strong people, negotiation and communication skills with unparalleled influencing capability; and

Proficiency in written and spoken Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua) and English.
