We established in 1932, are Hong Kong's leading food and beverage supplier, with business operations spanning Asia and North America. From our beginnings as a coffee and tea supplier to the catering market, Tsit Wing has expanded its business range to include coffee houses, distributing branded coffee and tea machines, and supplying instant beverage products to supermarkets. We are now inviting high caliber candidates to join us:Responsibilities:
  • Overall marketing responsibilities for corporate, brand and product for the Group
  • Oversee and drive the development of annual budget and business plans and oversee their implementation and ensure budget achievement for the Group's B2B, B2C and 2O businesses in HK and China
  • Oversee and drive the growth of the Groups' B2B, B2C, and 2O businesses in Hong Kong and China. Define and accomplish KPIs/OKRs for the marketing of the Group's B2B, B2C, and 2O business in Hong Kong and China
  • Drive and spearheads new product development across all markets in HK & China
  • Develop and oversee the implementation the Group's corporate marketing strategies and plans
  • Manage and control the Group's marketing funds for the Hong Kong market and oversee marketing fund deployment in China
  • Oversee and manage all marketing studies/research and sales analysis to come up with insights and recommendations
  • Build an effective and efficient Hong Kong marketing team and oversee the set up of an effective marketing team structure in China
  • Oversee the effective and efficient implementation of all marketing initiatives and closely monitor and track performance against their respective OKRs
  • Oversee the development and execution of channel growth strategies and plans in B2B, B2C and 2O
Requirements:
  • Degree or above in Marketing or business related field
  • At Least 7 years of product management experience, preferably in food & beverage business.
  • Understand promotion and online / offline advertisement process
  • Knowledge of F&B industry is highly preferred
  • Experience in E-commerce is an asset
  • Experience in negotiation with buyers
  • Experience in team management is a must
  • Experience in event management and digital platform is a plus
  • Strong in interpersonal communication, negotiation and presentation
  • Creative, flexible and adaptable in a dynamic and fast paced environment
  • Able to work independently and to work under pressure
  • True team player with a strong sense of initiative and a “can do" attitude
  • Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese, and fluency in Mandarin is an advantage
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing
