...About the CompanyOur client is a reputable conglomerate with a long standing history and diverse business across HK, Mainland China, and APAC. To cope with their business needs, they are now looking for an Assistant Property Manager to join and manage their portfolios.About the RoleAs an Assistant Property Manager, you will be overseeing the property management, operations of their commercial and residential portfolios, activities including tenancy management, security/safety, handling customers inquiries / complaints. You will be a key touch point with external and internal stakeholders and maintain a good relationship with them.About the Requirement
  • Over 6 years of experiences in property management, experience in commercial or residential properties is a plus
  • Degree or above in Property Management, or equivalent
  • PMP Tier 1
  • Good problem solving, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluent in written and spoken Cantonese, good command in English and Mandarin
  • Immediately available is highly preferred
