  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant; co-ordinate with the Chef in sections appointed on planning of promotions, menu planning, budget control and staff training
  • Maintain consistency in quality of food / beverage / service / cleanliness of sections appointed
  • Provide leadership and direction to staff in delivering excellent service in line with hotel service standards and exceed guests' expectations
  • Create new ideas and recommend changes to constantly improve our service standards
  • Collect guests' feedback to maintain the service quality and standard
  • Conduct F&B divisional and departmental meetings as required
We are looking for someone who has:
  • Minimum 5 years' relevant working experience; with 2 years of experience in supervisory level at large scale of restaurant operation
  • Excellent command of English, Cantonese and Putonghua
  • Service-oriented with outgoing personality
  • Innovative and strong sense of market trends
  • Presentable with strong leadership skills
  • Proactive, customer and business oriented
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
