With global offices in Hong Kong, Macau, Beijing, Shanghai, Shenzhen, Dongguan (Factory), Sydney, Singapore, Kuala Lumpur, Bangkok and Ho Chi Minh City, we are looking for high calibre candidates to join our HK team located in Kowloon Bay.Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for monitoring and checking building services installations, working schedules, procedures, quality control and project planning
  • Perform site coordination work with client, consultants, sub-contractors and suppliers
  • To coordinate all on-site work
Requirements:
  • Degree holder in E&M or related Engineering disciplines
  • At least 5 years practical experience in E&M project in fit-out contractor firm
  • Good leadership and communication skills, able to work with people at all levels
  • Able to coordinate CSD, schematic MEP drawings in ACAD format
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin
  • Self-motivated, innovative, able to work independently and willing to work under pressure
  • Experienced in Catering Project is an advantage
  • Immediate available is preferred
