- Manage and monitor the private Cloud environment network.
- Provide 24x7 supports for network.
- Mainly responsible for Network Infrastructure (Cisco / Huawei / Juniper) installation configuration, administration, monitoring and health check, traffic analysis ,troubleshooting and problem resolution.
- Work closely with vendors / internal / external parties for implementation.
- Troubleshoot and resolve Cloud Network-related issues in a timely manner.
- Provide technical guidance and training to application Developers / Operators on Cloud Network-related processes and procedures.
- Higher Diploma in Computing and Information Security holder in information technology or above in Telecommunications, Computer Sciences or equivalent.
- 3+ years hands-on experience in Networking.
- Good understanding of IP & Ethernet Technologies including Routing Protocols, BGP, IGP, ISIS, OSPF, VLAN, IP addressing.
- Self-motivated and able to work under pressure.
- Willing to work outside office hours for urgent production supports.
- Good command in both written and spoken Chinese and English, knowledge of Mandarin is a plus.
- Candidate with more experience will be considered as Network Administration Manager.
