[Appointment period: each for twelve months]DutiesThe appointees will assist the project leader in the research project - “Resilient Students Training Hub (ReST Hub): Creating a strengths-based, trauma-informed mental health promotive ecosystem and enhancing student resilience in tertiary education settings”. They will be required to:(a) conduct research and deliver service/education to promote student mental health and resilience at the PolyU ReST Hub;(b) coordinate and participate in the activities of the project;(c) coordinate and deliver mental health/resilience promotive interventions;(d) coordinate and deliver training/educational/community engagement activities;(e) assist in recruitment of participants, data collection and project evaluation; and(f) perform any other duties as assigned by the project leader or his/her delegates.The appointees may be required to work outside normal office hours.QualificationsApplicants for the Research Associate post should have a master's degree in Psychology, Nursing, Social Sciences or a related discipline or a good honours degree in in one of the said disciplines with at least three years of research/relevant work experience.Applicants for the Research Assistant post should have an honours degree in one of the above-mentioned disciplines or an equivalent qualification.Preference will be given to those with working experience in youth mental health and related fields.Applicants are invited to contact Prof. Grace W.
