- Work with High-end Luxury Brands and Artist
- Identify and approach relevant brands for sponsorship, build strategic partnerships
- Create media packs to drive sponsorship sales, prepare proposals including specific schedules & timelines
- Conduct presentation to Board level, Event Director, client and agency
- Respond to client queries in a timely manner, ensure all schedules and marketing materials are produced timely and accurately, and the onsite setup is carried smoothly
- Keep sponsors updated on any show activity that may affect them whether it would be in a positive or negative way and follow up accordingly
- Work with Delivery Team to ensure sponsors receive an after show report and press clippings on time
- Actively engage with partners, clients, industry peers, associations, press and influencers
- Provide weekly pipeline report, ensure that the in-house databa
- At Least 6 years' sales experience, media/PR/show/luxury goods/lifestyle sales or marketing background would be preferred
- Good communication skills and problem solving skills
- Proficient in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Creative thinker, passionate for winning, strong business acumen, numbers savvy
- Customer needs oriented
- Excellent time management, organised and able to prioritise tasks
