Mandarin-speaking Legal Secretary - International Law Firm

• Provide all kind of administrative and secretarial support to lawyers
• Handle time entry and monthly billing
• Manage document processes including editing, formatting and filing
• Manage diaries, schedules and meeting arrangements
• Handle phones calls and emails
• Assist in any other ad-hoc activities as required

• At least 3 years' legal secretarial experience within private practice
• Good command of Mandarin, English and Cantonese
• Chinese word typing is essential
• Proficiency in MS Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and other applications
• Detail-minded, quick adapter, helpful and good time management
