Night Legal Secretary (4-11pm) - International Law Firm

• Word processing, formatting, typing and editing legal documents
• Assist in monthly bills and input time-sheet
• Travel, meeting and calendar managements and arrangements if needed
• Preparing Excel spreadsheets and PowerPoint presentation slides
• Handling expenses claims for the legal managers
• Scanning, filing and photocopying
• Receive and place telephone calls
• Any other ad hoc assignments

• At least 5 years of secretarial, documentation or night secretary experience from sizable law firms
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including Words, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook
• Excellent verbal and written English and Chinese skills including Mandarin
• Chinese word processing skills is a must
• Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail
• Ability to work well independently and in a team environment
