Perform concierge daily duties in a timely and professional manner
Ensure all guests enquiries are met with prompt, informative yet friendly solution
Actively promote the services, facilities and standards of the hotel at every opportunity, and uphold its image at all times
Assist Concierge Supervisor to coach and provide regular training to staff members

Requirements:

1-2 years' relevant experience in similar capacity
Certificate or above in Hospitality or relevant discipline
Good command of English, Mandarin and Cantonese
Basic knowledge of computer operating systems, such as Microsoft office software (Word, Excel)
Excellent customer services interpersonal skills
Service oriented, proactive and a team player
