Enjoy a 5-day working week consisting of 8 working hours per day.

Meet and greet all guests on arrival and when departing from the Hotel.
Handle & deliver all guests’ luggage with care and efficiency.
Provide a welcoming atmosphere and a good first impression.
Attend to guests’ needs and assist whenever necessary.

Your work is crucial to us because we rely on your expertise and compassion to not only delight our guests, but also to forge connections that create lasting experiences that extend well beyond their stay.What do we seek in you?

Possess 1-2 years of premium hotel experience.
Familiar with hotel management systems.
Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin, plus to know other languages
Present yourself professionally, with the ability to comfortably build rapport with a global clientele.
