Pay: HK$26,908 - HK$37,590 [HGPS point 9 to 15] per month including Monthly Allowance
Up to 15% of total basic salary (after deducting the contribution of Mandatory Provident Fund by Hospital Authority) as end-of-contract gratuity may be offered to contract staff upon completion of the contract subject to satisfactory performance.Key Responsibilities:Perform clerical and supervising duties by following general instructions prescribed procedures with minimal supervision. The typical duties include: * Provide clerical and administrative support to department including filing, data entry, data analysis, collect and compile statistic & data, draft correspondence and handle enquiries.
- Assist in procurement of stationery, office equipment, condemnation of IT assets and inventory keeping.
- Provide support and follow up of medical reports, medical records and diagnosis coding.
- Provide clerical support for daily operation of the department, including duty and call roster compilation, departmental meetings (roster, attendance, record, etc), and private cases appointment, etc.
- Provide administration and clerical support in CME, SHS, SRS, etc.
- Provide logistics arrangement and clerical / secretarial support for meetings & committees.
- Coordinate staff training and record.
- Support doctors’ human resources issues (Leave application, attendance record, SDR, etc).
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
(b) 5 subjects in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education attaining the level specified below:- Level 2 in English Language, Chinese Language and Mathematics; and
- Level 2 in New Senior Secondary subjects/ "Attained" in Applied Learning subjects/ Grade E in Other Language subjects; or equivalent.
2. 3 years’ clerical experience with good knowledge of the functions and operations in one or more of the following areas:
(a) general administration
(b) filing and records keeping
(c) supplies and stores
(d) human resources
(e) finance, accounting and statistics
(f) data input and analyses
(g) typing, word processing and/or Chinese word processing
(h) telephone operation, client communication and reception servicePreferred Attributes/Exposure: * Knowledge of common office automation (e.g. Outlook, E-mail, Internet/ Intranet etc.), PC applications and Chinese characters input.
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, including Putonghua.
- Knowledge and hands-on experience in Enterprise Resource Planning System (ERPS) and computer-based Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
- Knowledge in HA IT systems such as e- allowance system and e-document management system (eDMs) is an advantage.
- Experience in asset management & training nomination is preferred.
- Familiar with the use of MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel and database manipulation.
- Reliable, well organized, mature, self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility and ability to work independently and under pressure.
- A good team player with good communication and interpersonal skills.
