Procurement Manager

• Lead a small procurement team- ensure accuracy and efficiency of Purchase orders throughout its life cycle; monitor lead time and resolve any conflicts in production
• Maintain good relationships with USA /European suppliers and manufactures
• Conduct price negotiation with potential suppliers to make the best favorable terms for the company
• Identify and develop new suppliers
• Lead and coordinate the company’s supply chain management and its continuous improvement
• Responsible for conducting contract compilation, cost analysis and report preparation for forecast and cost saving plan
• Partner with key stakeholders, both internally and externally, to ensure timely and cost efficient logistics
• Assist in training and leading the team to ensure procurement effectiveness and productivity
• May travel to USA or European 2 times per year is required
• Willing to work in Tai Po Industrial Estate

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain/ Procurement/ Purchasing/ Finance or related discipline
• Minimum 5 years working experience in procurement management in manufacturing with minimum 2 years supervisory experience
• Experience in Pharmaceutical and electronic industry/ Healthcare/ FMCG/ Skincare and related manufacturing process will be an advantage
• Proficient PC skills in Excel, with knowledge of ERP workflow optimization and implementation
• Knowledge in ERP (Kingdee), WMS and SOP system preferred
• Independent, result-oriented, attentive to details and good problem-solving skill
• Strong communication and negotiation skill
• Good team player with positive personality while working under pressure and fast pace of working environment
• Able to travel to meet with suppliers and work overtime when necessary
• Good knowledge and solid experience in working close with western suppliers
• Excellent verbal and written communication skill. Fluent in English, Cantonese & Mandarin
• Immediate available is an advantage
