- Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with HQ digital team to achieve brand goals and business objectives.
- Identify growth opportunities across digital channels including e-commerce, social media, SEO/SEM, CRM, and influencer marketing.
- Oversee the brand’s e-commerce platforms (own site and marketplaces), ensuring optimal user experience, conversion rates, and sales performance.
- Collaborate with product, sales and logistic teams to ensure seamless online operations.
- Plan and manage paid media campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, YouTube, etc.) to drive traffic, engagement, and ROI.
- Analyze campaign performance and optimize based on data insights.
- Provide regular reports and actionable insights to management.
- Lead the content strategy for social platforms (IG, FB etc.), ensuring brand consistency and engagement.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive communications strategy to strengthen brand awareness and reputation.
- Craft compelling brand narratives and messaging across all channels (PR, digital, retail, packaging, etc.).
- Ensure consistency in tone of voice and brand identity across all touchpoints.
- Manage and mentor a small digital team and coordinate with external partners/agencies.
- Degree holder in Business, Marketing or related disciplines
- 7 years of marketing / Ecommerce experience; the candidate has 2 years of managing experience are more preferred
- Good understanding and hands-on experience on Tableau and magento would be more preferred, ability to balance between data needs and business requirement for actions.
- Proven analytical and influencing skills, with ability to articulate objectives, strategies and tactics to achieve result
- Consumer-centric mindset, ability to turn data into actionable insights
- Fluent in both spoken and written English and Chinese is required
- Proactive, well organized, positive, energetic and team-oriented
