- Performs daily inspection in all areas including Guest Rooms, Public Areas and Uniform & Linen to ensure furniture, fixture and equipment are clean and in good order.
- Initiates and maintains effective communication within Housekeeping Department and with other Departments.
- Attend and investigate queries and complaints from management and staff, report to Executive Housekeeper.
- Check appearance, attendance and work attitude of all staff in accordance to the management’s expectation
- Perform and organize any other duties assigned by the Executive Housekeeper.
- A certificate or above in hospitality management or related disciplines
- Minimum 5 year’s of Housekeeping supervisory level
- Knowledge of Opera Cloud System is preferred
- Customer-oriented with good communication and interpersonal skills are added advantages
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese. Putonghua is a plus
