Due to business needs, they are seeking a high calibre Senior Footwear Technician.Responsibilities:Manage the technical aspects of footwear including live model fitting and product developmentManage the product development of the shoe category (including QA and PP sample approval)Conduct factory audit and recommend improvement planLead the Risk assessment, review meeting and pre-production meetingDevelop standard testing procedures, coordinate on all testing schedules and results.Provide support and technical resources /advice to merchandiser /buyer team concerning supplier corrective actions and approval.RequirementsBachelor's degree in relevant disciplineSolid Technical Experience for footwear including QA, live model fitting, and product developmentExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsExperience in buying office would be an advantageKnowledge in ISO 9000 and factory audit experienceOversea travel for factory audit if neededFluent in Chinese and EnglishAll applications applied through our system will be delivered directly to the advertiser and privacy of personal data of the applicant will be ensured with security.
