Posting Date: 2025-09-02The Hongkong Electric Co., Ltd.Senior IT Lead (Network Services) (Ref: IT-ISNS-NS-SITL-R)Responsibilities:Reporting to Principal IT Lead, the appointee will mainly perform the following duties:
  • To review and re-engineer existing processes and workflows
  • To monitor security vulnerabilities and threat intelligence feeds, and resolve potential cybersecurity issues
  • To develop automation and synchronise the near real-time response to strengthen network resilience and enhance virtual machine networking and security
  • To support the procurement, acquisition and implementation of network solutions and related projects
  • To provide networking support for critical computer systems
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related disciplines
  • A minimum of 11 years’ relevant work experience in supporting and implementing large-scale enterprise cybersecurity infrastructure or information security programmes
  • Good knowledge of information security standards such as ISO27001, SOC operations, and cybersecurity solutions
  • Certifications in information security such as CISSP, CISA, CISM, CEH, GIAC or ISO27001 an advantage
  • Good command of English and Chinese languages, both spoken and written
Candidate with less experience may be considered for the position of IT Lead.This is a 2-year contract position.
