Key ResponsibilitiesSpearhead and contribute to the design and development of large-scale enterprise application systems, ensuring they meet both business objectives and technical constraints.Analyze business requirements and convert them into actionable technical tasks and detailed functional specifications.Oversee the full lifecycle of project requirements, ensuring final outputs align with client expectations and business goals.Offer technical support and direction to development teams, resolving gaps between business needs and technical implementation.Work closely with Business Analysts, UX/UI designers, QA engineers, and other IT stakeholders to identify enhancement opportunities and deliver forward-thinking solutions.Execute Proof of Concept (POC) initiatives to evaluate the practicality and impact of emerging technologies and approaches.Qualifications & SkillsBachelor’s degree or higher in Information Technology or a related discipline.Minimum of 6 years’ experience in the IT industry.Demonstrated expertise in building and deploying sophisticated software systems using technologies such as Java 17, React (Next.js), Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring JPA, JWT, OpenAPI, Redis, MariaDB, Docker, and Linux.Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tools like Jenkins, JIRA, Git, and automated testing frameworks is a plus.Hands-on experience with Agile development and DevOps methodologies is highly desirable.Prior involvement in System Analysis & Design (SA&D) and System Implementation & Integration (SI&I) for government-related projects is advantageous.Strong proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese (Mandarin and/or Cantonese).Applicants with extensive experience may be considered for the Senior System Analyst role.All applications applied through our system will be delivered directly to the advertiser and privacy of personal data of the applicant will be ensured with security.
