...About the CompanyOur client is a sizable property developer with a diversified portfolio consisting commercial, residential, hotels & apartments in Hong Kong and APAC. To cope with their business needs, they are now looking for (Senior) Property Officer to join the property management team.About the RoleYou will be responsible for handling property management functions including daily building management, handling enquiries and complaints from tenants and owners, overseeing property maintenance, cleaning, security, and monitoring contractors' performance.About the Requirement

Over 2 years of experiences in property management, experience in portfolio management would be a plus
Higher diploma or above in Property Management, or equivalent
PMP Tier 1 / Tier 2; candidates with relevant professional qualification is highly preferred
Good problem solving, communication and interpersonal skills
Fluent in written and spoken Cantonese, good command in English and Mandarin
Immediately available is highly desirable
