Senior Payroll Specialist (US Service Firm)

• Prepare monthly payroll for the Company and related entities in South East Asia region

• Handle full set payroll including monthly payroll calculations, MPF contributions, final payment and filing of tax returns

• Maintain and ensure data in the payroll system is updated for accurate payroll processing

• Ensure timely, accurate and confidential processing and record keeping of all payroll and related statutory filings

• Generate and prepare payroll related reports and analysis

• Liaise with vendor relating to MPF administration including employee registration, change and termination

• University Degree in Accounting / Finance and / or professional qualification of a recognised accountancy body;
• A minimum of 3 years relevant working experience; knowledge and experience in payroll and tax is required;
• Knowledge in provident fund administration would be an added advantage;
• Strong analytical, problem solving and interpersonal skills;
• Good team player, fast learning, self-motivated, independent and able to work under pressure in meeting tight deadlines;
• Proven capability to communicate effectively in both spoken and written English & Chinese; and
• Proficiency in MS Office applications; familiar with SAP would be an advantage.
