Role Purpose:We are seeking an Assistant People Services Manager to support organizational success by driving strategic HR initiatives, innovative talent acquisition, and employee engagement, while fostering a positive, high-performing workplace culture.​A typical day in this Role:Responsible for full spectrum of HR duties including Recruitment & Selection, Performance Management, Talent Management, Organization Development and Employee’s Relation.Implement efficient recruitment strategies proactively to recruit talent, using social media and innovative recruitment platforms to reach the best qualified talent.End-to-end talent sourcing, from developing job descriptions, identifying candidate, screening and interviewing, through to salary negotiation and on-boarding.Review, update and implement HR policies and programs, with compliance with local legislation and Corporate requirements.Provide HR advice and support to all team managers, understanding business operation and departmental needs for manpower planning, talent acquisition and retention.Design and facilitate employee engagement initiatives to promote a collaborative and motivated workplace culture.Compile & consolidate HR reports and statistical analysis for management review.Actively involvement in ad-hoc assignments to support the Company’s business goals.This job is a good fit for You if:You are a COMMUNICATOR.   • Academic background in Human Resources or related disciplines.
  • Strong experience in the HR Management.
  • Experience in Retail or FMCG industry on proactive talent sourcing is a MUST.
  • Possess good business acumen to build a positive rapport to the business.
  • Act as a changemaker that proactively bring in better ideas to the team.
