- 15+ years of commercial experience, with 8+ in senior leadership, ideally in luxury spirits, wines, or premium consumer goods
- Proven ability to lead with vision, build influence across functions, and earn the respect of high-value partners
- A strong strategic mindset and the personal integrity to guide others through ambiguity and complexity
- Commercial strength balanced by a deep understanding of affluent and aspirational consumers
- Experience working within premium hospitality, fine dining, and luxury retail environments
- Fluent in Cantonese and English, with refined communication and leadership presence
- A challenger's mindset - confident yet humble, analytical yet intuitive
- Achievement of commercial KPIs across revenue, volume, brand execution, and channel performance
- Demonstrated culture of excellence, accountability, and values-led leadership within the commercial team
