Degree Level: Any LevelJob Description:This is a part-time role and is for 16.5 hours a week, depending on the experience of the successful applicant.Key Functions include (but are not limited to):
Support our children through our environmental club
Support the school with our recycling processes and composting
Support our children through our curriculum and connections to the environment
Lead representative for Peak School at ESF Environmental meetings and conferences
Lead implementation of sustainable gardening practices and sustainability
Requirements
Ability to work with children, staff, parents and wider community
Passionate about the environment - role model for all stakeholders
Knowledge and understanding of how to attract new wildlife into our environment
Knowledge and ability to continue our composting project
Ability to support our children and school with our recycling efforts - adding to what we already do
Experience working with children and adults in the area of environment and sustainability an advantage
