Responsible for checking and monitoring the cleaning standard at guest rooms, floors and public area
Attend to requests and complaints of concerning guest rooms
To ensure the quality preparation of VIP rooms
Providing training to subordinates and new staff
Liaise with Front Office and Engineering Department to comply with guest and hotel requirements

Requirements

2 years or above hotel related working experience
Form 5 or above
Shift duty is required
Customer-oriented with strong communication sklls and interpersonal skills
Able to perform administrative tasks and knowledge of MS Office applications

負責監察及督導房務清潔工作，確保酒店客房、樓層及公眾地方達到酒店標準衛生水平
協助處理有關客房的請求和投訴
確保VIP房間設置準備妥當
提供培訓予下屬及新入職員工
與前線部門保持緊密溝通，以滿足客人及酒店所需

要求

2年或以上酒店相關工作經驗
中五程度或以上
需輪班工作
以客為先並具有良好的溝通及交際能力
懂文書處理及運用試算表軟體
