Job duties:Plan domestic and international travel, including flights and accommodations.Assist with marketing events, conferences, and team gatherings.Act as a contact point between the CEO and stakeholders.Draft reports, meeting notes, and manage confidential information with care.Help with marketing projects, track progress, and follow up on tasks.Requirements:Excellent MS Office skills, especially in:Strong communication skills - both written and verbal.Experience in executive support, ideally in a marketing or corporate environment.High attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.Discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive information.Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.Qualifications & Experience :ยท University graduateExperience working in international or multicultural teams. * Overseas experience is preferredMinimum 10 years relevant experience.
