- Identify and secure new clients through consultative selling focused on HR operations, payroll compliance, automation, and multi-country processing.
- Design customized payroll solutions leveraging the company’s IT capabilities (e.g., cloud platforms, AI analytics).
- Achieve revenue targets by establishing anchor clients and expanding service adoption.
- Recruit, train, and lead a specialized sales/support team as business scales.
- Establish sales processes, delivery workflows, and partner ecosystems for sustainable growth.
- Collaborate with internal IT teams to cross-sell integrated solutions (e.g., ERP, HRIS).
- Monitor HR tech trends, payroll regulations (HK MPF, China tax), and competitor landscape.
- 8+ years in HR/payroll operations (e.g., HRIS management, global payroll leadership) OR B2B sales of HR outsourcing/SaaS solutions
- Proven ability to build teams (sales/support) in growth environments
- Deep understanding of payroll workflows, compliance risks, and outsourcing drivers
- Strong network in Hong Kong’s HR sector (MNCs, public institutions)
- Native Cantonese & English; business Mandarin for regional expansion
- Experience launching new service lines or business units
- Knowledge of APAC payroll regulations (Hong Kong, China, Singapore)
- Exposure to HR tech/AI-driven payroll tools
