This position plays a key role in CRM initiatives and retail marketing activities while supporting the marketing team's overall objectives.Key Responsibilities· Collaborate with Associate Marketing Manager to develop and execute the integrated marketing campaigns across all customer journey touchpoints.· Monitor and evaluate campaign and customer performance, analyse customer data and identify opportunities for optimization.· Develop and implement CRM strategies for APAC data lake and clientelling across multiple channels, including eDM, SMS and WhatsApp etc.· Oversee customer databases management and conduct regular data analysis to derive actionable insights and trends.· Partner with internal stakeholders to enhance loyalty program and develop customer communications to improve customer engagement, new customer acquisition and retention.· Coordinate landlord promotions, manage daily inquiries and store marketing collateral· Manage social media content and maintain posting schedules by leveraging global framework.Qualifications· Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.· Proven experience in CRM, customer lifecycle management, or database marketing.· Strong understanding of CRM principles, strategies, and best practices.· Proficient in CRM tools and platforms, with experience in data management and segmentation.· Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and analyze customer data.· Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present insights and reports.· Proficient with MS Excel, PowerPoint and PowerBI.· Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills.· Collaborative team player with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams.· Prior experience in the retail or luxury fashion industry is a plus.本公司提供優厚薪酬及完善福利,包括年終雙糧、每月有薪休息日、銀行假期、有薪年假、有薪產假/男士侍產假、醫療及住院福利、在職培訓及員工購物優惠等。有意者請電郵履歷表到 [email redacted, apply via Company website]。本公司是平等機會僱主。申請人提供之全部資料將絕對保密及只作招聘用途。
