Job dutiesManage overall project execution and budget controlCoordinate consultants and vendors for timely and cost-effective executionProvide supplementary drawings and specifications to facilitate constructionDevelop new designs and source new products to improve user experienceDevelop company standards for design and constructionCoordinate facility/property upgrades and maintenanceWhat we look forA responsible and organized team player with:Diploma / Degree holder in interior design / building studies or equivalent;At least 5 years’ relevant experience in fit-out project management of offices, retails or residential;Have good knowledge of technical skills in fitting-out;Have ability to understand construction drawing;Enable to solve on-site problems with strategy;Good communication and site management skills;Good PC knowledge of MS Office, Auto CAD;Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese;Immediate available is preferred;WE OFFER:5-day work week
