Support the development and sale of Deloitte’s services to potential and current clients
Plan and execute a project to deliver a superior client experience
Comprehend how the client’s business works and keep up-to-date on industry/sector trends and leading practices
Identify and solve problems objectively using analysis, experience and judgment
Identify and transform opportunities into solutions that drive business value for our clients
Incorporate financial information when evaluating business opportunities and making recommendations
Develop relationships, establish credibility with and instill confidence in clients
Leverage cross-geography insights and practitioners to enhance client service delivery
Articulate how technology enables and differentiates the business and communicate this effectively to clients

Bachelor degree or above in finance, accounting, financial engineering, management, related disciplines
Minimum 6 years of experience in global consulting firm with a focus on the Business Model Transformation, Finance or Service Operations
Strong financial modeling experience, having a strong understanding of financial principles, strong analytical and problem-solving skills and proficiency in Excel
Specific experience in project finance, including building models for infrastructure or other capital-intensive projects and understanding how risks are allocated between sponsors, lenders, and other stakeholdersSolid project delivery experience; having successfully managed or led complex, multi-function/multi-stakeholder projects in a large corporate environment
Strong analytical and problem solving skills with high commitment to quality client service
Strong track-record in effectively developing market credibility in a timely manner
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the capacity to motivate and lead a team with enthusiasm, drive and effectiveness
Outgoing character. Strong sense in business development is required. Proven track record in business development activities is a definite advantage
Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese, fluency in Putonghua is mandatory
