
FIM Specialist - Project Management (AVP/VP)

- Support the Financial Intermediaries (FIM) segment by driving strategic initiatives and enhancing operational efficiency of various business activities. The responsibilities include collaborating with stakeholders to define and operationalise target operating model and deliver platform capabilities that are aligned with the segment’s strategic objectives. This includes development and execution of a digital roadmap tailored to FIM needs, aiming to optimize automation to build a scalable and future-proof FIM business.
- Engage key stakeholders in collaborative discussions to identify and implement necessary changes to enable strategic market penetration and new product rollout considering the unique and specific nature of FIM business.
- Manage FIM-specific projects from end-to-end, ensuring strategic and ad-hoc initiatives are implemented in the most efficient manner to meet business needs whilst adhering to regulations and policies.
- Represent FFWA as the FIM Subject Matter Expert (“SME”) into workgroups and forums
- Collaborate with and provide FIM related end-to-end support such as trainings, marketing events, and where applicable coordination with OCBC group for One Group collaboration and so on, to stakeholders.
- Establish and execute the target operating model for the strategic partnership with Great Eastern, as part of One Group collaboration.
- Enhance and digitize the overall end-to-end processes for other relevant products and services under FFWA.
- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent.
- Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, and office software.
- Data visualisation and Power BI
- Prior experience as a FIM specialist with a private bank will be an advantage.
- Mature individual who is structured and thrives in a fast-paced and diverse work environment.
- Team player with excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to work well with people across different locations, functions and levels to get things done.
- Strong communication and analytical skills, meticulous and attention to details.
- Good understanding of common financial services and products.
