  • Handles customer inquiries and complaints from different channels (Call, Livechat, Email, Letter) regarding all activities in insurance and MPF policy Operation process such as Underwriting, Policy Owner Service, and Claims
  • Reports problems, potential crisis and complaint to supervisor for service improvement
  • Maintain good customer relationship and promote company services
  • Makes outbound call to customers for follow-up cases
  • Executes empowerment guidelines
Requirements:
  • Full Cert of HKDSE/ HKCEE
  • Candidate with CS exp. (Call Centre/ Banking/ Insurance/ Telecom, etc.)
  • Fast Pace with Good Communication Skills
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese & PC skills
  • Basic insurance knowledge would be definitely an advantage
