Required Skills:
  • Comprehensive knowledge of IT infrastructure management, including servers, storage, networking, and virtualization
  • Strong leadership skills with experience in team management and development
  • Proficiency in infrastructure tools and technologies, including cloud services, firewalls, and monitoring solutions
  • Solid understanding of IT security principles and best practices Ability to analyze complex problems, develop effective solutions, and communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders
  • Experience with automation tools and scripting languages
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices and methodologies Knowledge of disaster recovery planning and business continuity strategies
  • Certifications in relevant technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure, Cisco, VMware)
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines and budget constraints.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities to effectively collaborate with technical teams and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proven track record in diagnosing and resolving infrastructure-related issues swiftly and efficiently.
  • Experience in forecasting and managing resource needs based on current and future demands.
  • Strong understanding of change management processes to minimize disruption during system upgrades or migrations.
  • Experience in managing relationships with external vendors and negotiating contracts to secure quality services and resource
Preferred Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field 5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
