  • Act as a dedicated HR Business Partner to designated business units, providing professional advice and support on all HR matters.
  • Drive the end-to-end talent acquisition process for both corporate and frontline positions, from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Participate in and implement key C&B initiatives, including annual salary review, performance bonus exercises, and benefits administration.
  • Foster a positive work environment by managing employee relations, handling grievances, and driving staff engagement programs.
  • Implement performance management programs and facilitate the appraisal process to cultivate a high-performance culture.
  • Review, develop, and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure they are compliant and aligned with business needs.
  • Utilize the HRIS for data management and generate analytics to support strategic decision-making.
skills & experiences required.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 8 years of comprehensive HR experience, preferably in a business partnering capacity within a large-scale organization.
  • Experience in the property management or retail industry is highly advantageous.
  • Well-versed in the Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and other related legislation.
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.
  • Proactive, resilient, and able to thrive in a dynamic business environment.
  • Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin).
