- Identify, target, and engage potential B2B clients through outbound outreach, events, and network building.
- Build relationships with decision-makers and manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
- Hit or exceed individual and team sales targets while maintaining a high standard of client service.
- Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions that address client needs and showcase MokaHR’s value.
- Represent MokaHR at industry events, conferences, and partner activities across Hong Kong, Taiwan, and Macau.
- Provide feedback from the market to help shape product development and go-to-market strategies.
- 1+ years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or lead generation
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, client-facing, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience or strong interest in HR tech, SaaS, or recruitment/headhunting industries.
- Proactive, high-ownership mindset with strong commercial drive.
- Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
- Candidates with more experience will be considered for senior positions
