Project Officer (Contract) (Youth Services)

• Degree holder, HKDSE 5 subjects level 2/above (incl. Chi. and Eng.) or equivalent. 3 years relevant post-degree experience is preferred

• Good command in English and Chinese

• Demonstrate attention to detail and executive skills

• A good team player, proactive, agile, independent, innovative

• Previous experience in delivering career development programs will be an advantage

• Coordinate and execute innovative job exploration and employment trainingprograms, events and competitions, focused on career development for young adults, tertiary students, and secondary school students in Employment Development Services Unit and Career Development Services Unit

• Coordinate employment projects including but not limited to "Women Futuremakers Employment Programme" and "Career Future Studio"

• Initiate and manage job matching platforms and maintain employers' network to enhance employment opportunities

• Engage and collaborate with various stakeholders in school & business setting

• Assist in ad hoc duties as required
