Summary:We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Process Engineer specializing in Machine Design and industrial automation to join our dynamic engineering team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing, developing, and optimizing manufacturing processes of machinery. This role requires a deep understanding of mechanical systems, automation, and process improvement to ensure the efficient production of high-quality machinery. The Senior Engineer will lead projects, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions.Job responsibilities:

Process Optimization: Analyze existing manufacturing workflows to identify inefficiencies. Work on continuous improvement projects to improve existing workflows, system performance.
Design & Development: Setup and maintain library of standard & non-standard components for machine designs and automation lines. Generate and maintain standard component master CAD drawings to facilitate design teams.
Collaboration & Compliance: Work with design, Assembly, QA, and supply chain teams to ensure design components with standards. Ensure compliance with safety regulations (OSHA, ISO) and industry certifications.
Project Management: Lead projects from concept to deployment, ensuring timelines and budgets are met. Document designs, processes, and test results for automation and reports.
Innovation & Support: Troubleshoot machinery/process issues and provide technical support. Stay updated on emerging technologies (automation, robotics) and industry trends.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or above, majoring in mechanical engineering, automation, or related subjects.
Professional experience in machine design, Assembly & maintenance for at least 6 years. Good machinery related skills on mechanical & electrical design and documentation is a must.
Expert in CAD design Tools (Solidworks, Solidedge) and integration with different platforms.
Able to coordinate cross-functional team members to deliver result under pressure.
Knowledge of automation/robotics (PLC, IoT) and programming (Python, C, VB, LabView.)
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Good English speaking level is preferred.
