We treat each other with care and respect and make time to give everyone a voice.Job DescriptionEstablish overall success criteria for the project, including time, cost, technical, and performance parameters.Ensure the appropriate line manager is aware of quality, safety, health, and environmental issues.Maintain effective project governance, processes, and systems throughout the project.Plan the project, including producing detailed project and execution plans.Prepare the design brief.Develop Project Programmes (please specify the software used).Lead and facilitate the cross-functional project team.Manage the RFP process for consultants' appointments.Prepare tender documents, manage the tender process, and evaluate submissions.Oversee change control, design management, and risk management.Monitor and advise on project finances, coordinating cost reports with the cost consultant.Manage the flow of project information among clients, stakeholders, consultants, contractors, and suppliers through regular meetings and written communications.Conduct site inspections, prepare progress reports, and manage PMI preparation.Prepare formal project progress and other reports.Interface with clients, stakeholders, consultants, contractors, and suppliers at all project stages.Manage permitting, statutory matters, submissions, and approvals.Identify opportunities to develop new business with existing clients and report these to the appropriate line manager.Ensure key information and learnings from each project are input into the Turner & Townsend internal database.Ensure prompt client invoicing and use internal accounting systems to monitor the project's financial status.QualificationsDegree in Project Management, Construction Management or Building Services equivalent5yrs or above experience in project managementComprehensive knowledge of key project management concepts, tools, and techniques.Proven experience leading project management commissions for small to medium-sized general construction projects of low to medium complexity. Experience with finance institution clients, banking fit-out projects, A&A, and data centers is a plus.Demonstrated ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-pressure environments, meet tight deadlines, and work proactively as part of a dedicated team.Proficiency in MS Project and the MS Office suite.All applications applied through our system will be delivered directly to the advertiser and privacy of personal data of the applicant will be ensured with security.
