Oversee the booking process for restaurants
Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally, meet the expectation and resolve the issues promptly
Work closely with F&B Team to coordinate special events / festival / promotions
Maintain and optimize the reservations management system for efficiency and accuracy
Monitor service standards and streamline processes to enhance the guest experience
Perform other duties and special projects as assigned by the Supervisor
Update and maintain Food & Beverage department database, and customer's profiles
We are looking for someone who has:
Higher Diploma or above in Tourism / Hotel Management or related disciplines
Minimum of 3 years relevant work experience in Hotel industry with at least 1-year supervisory level
Independent and self-motivated with strong customer services skills
Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
Candidate with less experience may be considered as F&B Reservations Agent
A flexible candidate that will be assigned to work on shift (weekdays/weekends)
